Methodology

Pre job involvement for a better end result. Initially, we liaise directly with the client to ensure that there is a genuine fit between the services we are able to offer and the resources required to complete the project to their client’s expectations.

We make a commitment to stay knowledgeable about the latest products on the market including their suitability for the job and the techniques involved critical in their successful installation.

We have found that our workplace sites work efficiently because all critical processes are well documented in flow chart format for easy daily reference by our staff.

Communications

All working instructions are called into the office and photos are requested by the administrator which are emailed to our office and attached to the job. The administration staff are then able to determine the nature of the job requirements and what immediate action, if any, should be taken.

We verify all job instructions with the client by email and phone call. This is a proven and successful method of implementation and control.

Deliverables

Operations

We work to our best ability to complete all maintenance work on time and within budget. To assist us in this endeavour we use the latest version of the Microsoft suite of office software including Excel, Word and Visio. We use Microsoft Visio as our main operations flow charting application making it easy for all staff to work to a predetermined process for each specific maintenance job to ensure efficiency and reliability.

Maintenance Reports

We also use our well-supported Simpro job management software coupled with Xero as our main accounting application for easy reference and allocation of material and labour costs and can report on this at any stage in the project.
