We booked a job with a plumber to upgrade our current shower head and unclog a bathroom sink. Jerry arrived on time to do the job and he was very helpful and friendly. After waiting two weeks for a recommended plumber to respond to our request we looked elsewhere.
We called Eagle Plumbing and imagine our amazement when the phone was answered straight away and within the hour we had a date and time confirmed for a Plumber to assist us.
He arrived on time, was courteous and helpful – went off and picked up the bits and pieces needed to complete the installation and job done in around an hour. Brilliant!

My whole family are really happy with the prompt scheduling and excellent standard of work carried out. The old low-pressure water cylinder was removed and replaced with a new mains-pressure cylinder, along with all the necessary pipes and valves replaced, and electrics upgraded too, within 5 hours. No mess, no fuss, just great workmanship.

The job on hand was quickly and efficiently resolved. It took maybe 5 minutes tops. The plumber did have to reschedule but was very polite about it. The only issue about the job was the use of our floor towel to mop up some of the water which was done without asking. Overall a very efficient and effective job.
I had a gas meter moved to around the side of the house. Eagle could not have been better. They understood the job, coordinated with Vector, overcame some site access issues and completed the job without fuss. The cost seemed fair. I had used them before for plumbing and will use them again.

I sent an email in the evening telling them my requirements. I had a reply early the next morning to say I could have the job done the next morning. The plumber rung to ask if he could come earlier than the agreed time. He arrived explained the problem completed the work and went . Great service all round.

The advice and information given on the job was time and cost saving! Ie they said the leaking toiket was fine to have part replaced rather than have whole new toilet. Very impressed as work was completed very quickly and effectively. And they even fixed another plumbing problem we had with leaking tap sink faucet and had a new one already in truck to replace which I was stoked about. Two jobs done within half hour!!

Replaced pressure relief valve on hot water cylinder due to persistent leak.
Tradesman contacted me 3 hours before work to confirm appointment.
Tradesman was able to turn up 1/2 an hour earlier than appointed, as I arrived home earlier.
Tradesmen applied logical techniques to identify faulty valve and then replaced with new item.
He also provided advice on how/when valve should operate.
Price was not unexpected, for item and work.
Repair was effective.

I contacted Eagle for a few home maintenance jobs that occurred over the holiday period due to overuse.
Not only did they come when they said, but they called to say could come earlier if that suited. On arrival they were professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. They didn’t leave til the job (and I added a few extras in) were done completely. Nothing was too difficult and everything was explained very very well. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Greg arrived on time and done a wonderful, professional job on installing and connecting the Vanity to the pipe works. Since this was a very small bathroom another contractor arrived late to do a job on the shower unit but between the two of them they managed to work together and not get in each other way.

I’ve used Eagle 4 times now and each time they have done an excellent job, have turned up within minutes of the pre-arranged times and have kept in contact, even coming early one time. Prices are competitive and the quality of the work high. They always leave the job clean and tidy.
They always very good work but last Friday afternoon, I had an emergency leak and was worried about trying to get some help on a Friday afternoon. Greg managed to come and sort it in no time with helpful advice. If it had been left for the weekend there woudl have been damage to the gib, but Eagle Plumbing had me sorted so I didn’t have to stress.
These guys are the best. They are reliable and trustworthy and have also been a huge support to Torbay Kindergarten. We would use no other plumbers. Thanks for everything Katie, Eddie and the team at Eagle Plumbing.

The job (replacing a corroded outlet valve on the bottom of a hot water cylinder) was done quickly and neatly and he and his apprentice were friendly and professional.
